Qualifications

• Perform complete operation checkout, modification, disassembly, repair, reassembly, test calibration, diagnosis, and correction of problems on company products using established procedures and technical specifications.
• Trace and test components to locate defects using standard and specialized test equipment; record results and data against specifications.
• Advise business of recurring component failures and provide phone/app support via ticketing systems.
