• Perform complete operation checkout, modification, disassembly, repair, reassembly, test calibration, diagnosis, and correction of problems on company products using established procedures and technical specifications.
• Trace and test components to locate defects using a variety of test equipment, including standard, bench-type, automatic test equipment and nonstandard instruments.
• Record test results and data; advise the business of recurring component failures.
• May provide phone support and application support through ticketing systems.
