Qualifications

• Certificate III in a relevant mechanical trade or 2+ years of mechanical experience
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Experience using precision measuring instruments and mechanical tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Good problem-solving and teamwork skills

Responsabilités

• Interpret drawings and specifications to determine materials and processes
• Fit, assemble and install metal components and subassemblies
• Inspect components with precision instruments to ensure accuracy
• Diagnose faults and perform maintenance, repairs and overhauls
• Dismantle, repair and reassemble mechanical components as required
• Test machinery to verify operation and compliance
• Assist with on-site installation, setup and commissioning
• Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
• Collaborate with team to complete tasks efficiently
