Job summary

Auscast Constructions in Melbourne's Dandenong South seeks a hands-on Project/Production Manager for our precast team. The role blends production planning, administration and client liaison, guiding projects from drawings and work orders through to manufacture and delivery.

It is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday with optional Saturday shifts based on workflow, with a salary package based on experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret structural and construction drawings.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with task prioritisation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure precast products are delivered on time.
• Oversee production from drawings to manufacture and delivery.
• Link work orders planning to production schedules.
• Maintain production databases, work orders, schedules and records.
• Monitor progress and provide real-time project status updates.
• Develop production specifications and material requirements from drawings.
• Communicate with clients regarding deadlines and satisfaction.
