Job summary

WorkPac Group in Castle Hill is seeking a Field Service Technician to coordinate daily work activities for yard and production teams to meet production schedules and to oversee the manufacturing of precast concrete products from mould setup to finishing.

You will monitor product quality, allocate tasks, provide guidance to team members, and liaise with production management to ensure project deadlines and customer requirements are achieved.

Qualifications

• Experience in precast concrete, civil construction, or manufacturing.
• Proven hands-on leadership in a team environment.
• Knowledge of mould setup, concrete placement, steel fixing, and finishing.
• Experience operating forklifts or overhead cranes or willingness to obtain tickets.

Responsibilities
