Reliance Workforce Pty Ltd is seeking reliable, motivated construction workers to join our Brisbane team across Southern Suburbs and Logan projects. This role covers general labouring and precast support as part of a busy site.

Qualifications

• Experience in general construction, labouring or trade assisting.
• Physically fit and able to lift 10–20 kg regularly.
• Reliable, punctual and safety‑focused.
• Able to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Hold a provisional driver's licence and have reliable transport.
• Over 18 years old and full working rights in Australia.
• Forklift experience up to 12 tonnes.

Responsibilities

• Assisting trades with day-to-day construction tasks.
• Handling and installing materials including precast elements.
• General site labouring, loading/unloading materials.
• Site clean-ups, preparation and maintenance.
• Following WHS policies to ensure a safe workplace.
• Working collaboratively to meet project deadlines.
