Qualifications

• Experience in general construction, labouring or trade assisting.
• Physically fit and able to lift 10–20 kg regularly.
• Reliable, punctual and safety‑focused.
• Able to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Hold a provisional driver's licence and have reliable transport.
• Over 18 years old and full working rights in Australia.
• Forklift experience up to 12 tonnes.

Responsibilities

• Assisting trades with day-to-day construction tasks.
• Handling and installing materials including precast elements.
• General site labouring, loading/unloading materials.
• Site clean-ups, preparation and maintenance.
• Following WHS policies to ensure a safe workplace.
• Working collaboratively to meet project deadlines.

About the Role

As part of the Reliance Workforce team, you will support a range of construction and precast projects through hands‑on labouring and trade support work.

Responsibilities include

• Assisting trades with day‑to‑day construction tasks
• Handling and installing materials (including precast elements where required)
• General site labouring, loading/unloading materials
• Site clean‑ups, preparation and maintenance
• Following all WHS policies to ensure a safe workplace
• Working collaboratively to meet project deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in general construction, labouring or trade assisting
• Physically fit – capable of regular lifting 10–20kg
• Reliable, punctual and safety‑focused
• Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
• Willing to learn and adapt on site
• Minimum provisional driver’s licence and own reliable transport
• Over 18 years of age
• Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Forklift Operators- with up to 12 tonne experience with concrete/ steel
