Job summary

Workfast is seeking reliable Precast Concrete Labourers to join our leading precast manufacturing team in Ormeau, Queensland. You will contribute to the production of high quality precast concrete products used in major infrastructure and construction projects, working in a fast-paced environment alongside a motivated crew.

The role offers Monday to Friday shifts with early starts, competitive hourly pay between AU$33.14 and AU$35.93 plus penalties and a weekly attendance bonus, ongoing

Qualifications

• Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
• White Card and willingness to pass medical and drug tests.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test.
• Physically capable of repetitive manual handling.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the setup and preparation of concrete moulds.
• Stripping and cleaning moulds after production.
• General labouring and yard duties.
• Assisting with steel fixing and reinforcement placement.
• Pouring, vibrating and finishing concrete products.
• Operating hand and power tools safely.
• Loading and unloading materials.
• Reading and following production drawings and work instructions.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Following all site safety procedures and quality standards.
