Job summary

Allcast Precast is seeking a reliable team member to join our production team on the Sunshine Coast at Woombye. You will contribute to the manufacture of precast concrete products through hands-on duties and a positive, safety-focused approach.

Full on-the-job training is provided; no prior precast experience is required. We value reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, with opportunities to learn and progress within an Australian-owned company with 65+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Manual labour and physical work ability required.
• Valid Queensland driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Willingness to learn and work well in a team.
• No prior precast experience required is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and assembling moulds
• Installing reinforcement steel and cast-in components
• Pouring, vibrating and finishing concrete
• Operating hand and power tools
• Assisting with gantry crane operations (if licensed)
• Conducting quality checks
• Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
• Producing products that meet high standards of quality and craftsmanship

Job description

As part of our production team, you\'ll be involved in the manufacture of our concrete products. Allcast Precast manufactures high-quality precast concrete products including water tanks, septic tanks and award-winning luxury plunge pools. We provide full on-the-job training, and no previous precast experience is required if you\'re reliable, keen to learn and enjoy physical outdoor work.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and assembling moulds

Installing reinforcement steel and cast-in components

Pouring, vibrating and finishing concrete

Operating hand and power tools

Assisting with gantry crane operations (if licensed)

Conducting quality checks

Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

Producing products that meet high standards of quality and craftsmanship

About You

Current Queensland driver\'s licence and reliable transport

Previous experience in precast concrete, construction, landscaping, manufacturing, formwork, trades, labouring, or similar industries is an advantage, but not essential
