Job summary

Mirrastone, Victoria's leading home builder, seeks a Pre-site Construction Administrator/Customer Experience Coordinator for the Ballarat region. You will manage permits, drawings, finance follow-ups, and warranty insurance while ensuring a seamless customer journey from contract through site start.

You’ll work in a supportive team, build strong networks, and leverage technology to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach to managing client interactions.

• Strong attention to detail in data entry and document handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate permits, contract drawings and amendments.
• Follow up on finance approvals and arrange warranty insurance.
• Deliver an exceptional customer journey from build through site start.
• Work within a supportive team and build strong internal/external networks.
• Utilise technology and internal systems to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate data entry in line with Customer Journey policies.
