Doncaster Land Rover, part of Autosports Group, is seeking a skilled Pre-Delivery Technician in Doncaster, VIC. You will perform high-quality service and repairs to Land Rover standards and maintain accurate documentation.

Work with sales and parts teams, complete mandatory factory training, and support colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service. Applicants should have automotive technician qualifications, vehicle diagnostics experience, and a valid driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Automotive technician or mechanic qualifications with relevant certifications.
• Experience in vehicle diagnostics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use workshop systems.
• Ability to study, understand, and retain detailed product and technical information.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality service and repairs in line with factory standards and procedures.
• Promote the Land Rover brand image by delivering reliable, efficient, and cost-effective repairs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date service and repair documentation.
• Complete repair work and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer requirements.
• Work collaboratively with other departments, including sales and parts, to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay current with mandatory factory training.
• Support technicians during complex repairs across Land Rover vehicles.
