Job summary

Volvo Cars Brisbane North, part of the Sime Darby Motors Group, is seeking a Delivery and Handover Coordinator who will ensure seamless vehicle handovers and outstanding customer service. You will coordinate deliveries from sale to handover, demonstrate features, handle registrations and post-delivery admin, and build strong relationships with internal sales teams.

You will be responsible for managing the delivery and handover process to our customers. You will embody the highest standards of customer service, attention to detail and present an excellent presentation to enhance the customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Coordinating the delivery of vehicles from point of sale to hand over

Demonstration of vehicle features

Completing vehicle registrations

Completing administration of deal packs including post-delivery requirements

Establish and develop strong relationships with all internal sales departments

To be successful in this role, you will have:
