Job summary

Greenline designs and constructs custom outdoor spaces across Australia, including schools, councils and clubs. We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to drive scope, costing and constructability from early concept through to handover.

You will own budgets, coordinate design inputs and identify risks to deliver commercially sound, buildable projects. Travel to interstate sites is expected, with onboarding at our Wagga Wagga Head Office.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in pre-construction, estimating, project management, design coordination or a similar construction role.
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, buildability, project costing and the interaction between design and delivery.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to balance cost, quality, risk and client outcomes.
• Experience developing scopes, budgets or cost plans and identifying project risks early.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to turn technical information into clear, practical project requirements.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, engineers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong planning, time management and practical problem-solving skills.
• A self-managed approach with the confidence to take ownership and keep projects moving.
• Experience mentoring or supporting less experienced team members would be well regarded.

The Opportunity

The Way We Work

Being connected to our projects and team is important. Travel is an important part of the role. You'll visit interstate project sites as required and attend quarterly team days at our Wagga Wagga Head Office. Your initial onboarding will also include approximately two weeks with our Wagga Wagga team.
