ForHealth Medical Centres in Karratha is seeking a Part-time Practice Nurse to join our experienced team of nurses and General Practitioners, delivering high-quality care to patients.

The successful candidate will have APHRA registration, experience in general practice or acute settings, strong communication, and a collaborative approach; opportunities for training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registered Enrolled or Registered Nurse.
• Proven prior experience in General Practice or an acute setting.
• Knowledge of Health Assessment is highly regarded.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• A passion for people and a personable approach.

Responsabilités

• Perform health assessments.
• Administering vaccines.
• Post vaccination observations and monitoring.
• Triaging patients and prioritization of emergency situations.
• Assisting GP with minor procedures.
• Coordination, management, and maintenance of patient clinical data.
• Wound dressings and removal of sutures.
• Health education and coaching to support patients with achievement of their goals.
