Job summary

Key Health seeks a motivated Practice Nurse to join our team across all clinics. You will deliver high-quality clinical care within a supportive general practice, collaborating with doctors to ensure safe, patient-centred care.

The role emphasizes immunisations, wound care, health assessments, chronic disease support, and patient education while maintaining records and contributing to continuous improvement in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse).
• Current CPR certification.
• Current professional indemnity insurance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in line with safety standards.
• Immunisations, wound care, health assessments and triage.
• Support chronic disease management and preventative health initiatives.
• Assist doctors with procedures and clinical tasks.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure infection control procedures are followed.
• Manage clinical equipment, supplies, and treatment rooms.
• Support quality improvement and practice accreditation.
• Educate patients on health management and prevention.
• Guide and support other staff as required.
