Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an AI Strategy & Advisory professional to identify AI opportunities across business processes and user experiences. Lead AI discovery workshops, translate requirements into AI-enabled designs and advise on governance and adoption.

Collaborate with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint and Copilot Studio teams to deliver AI-powered solutions. You will engage with stakeholders, support pre-sales activities and stay ahead of evolving AI trends to help clients realize

Qualifications

• 2+ years in consulting, business applications or AI-focused roles.
• Experience with Microsoft technology implementations (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint Online).
• Strong AI concepts knowledge: LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG.
• Ability to bridge business and technical conversations; strong workshop facilitation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Advisory

• Help clients identify and prioritise AI opportunities across business processes and user experiences.


• Facilitate AI discovery workshops and business value assessments.

Solution Design & Delivery

• Collaborate with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform project teams to design AI-enhanced business solutions.


• Guide implementation of Microsoft Copilot capabilities across:


• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement


• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations


• Dynamics 365 Business Central


• Power Platform


• SharePoint and Microsoft 365


• Design and configure solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.


• Support development of AI-powered agents, copilots, automations and knowledge experiences.


• Participate in customer solution architecture and design reviews.


• Contribute to proofs of concept, demonstrations and pilot projects.

Project & Customer Engagement

• Work directly with business stakeholders and technology teams on AI enabled projects.


• Support pre-sales activities, workshops and solution demonstrations.


• Stay current with Microsoft's rapidly evolving AI portfolio and emerging market trends.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 2+ years' experience in a consulting, business applications, digital transformation or AI-focused role.


• Experience working on Microsoft technology implementations, including one or more of:


• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM)


• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations


• Dynamics 365 Business Central


• Power Platform


• SharePoint Online


• Microsoft 365


• Experience configuring or implementing Microsoft Copilot capabilities and/or Copilot Studio.


• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, including:


• Large Language Models (LLMs)


• Prompt engineering


• AI agents


• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)


• AI governance and risk


• Ability to bridge business and technical conversations.


• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable

• Experience with Microsoft AI Foundry (formerly Azure AI Studio).


• Experience with Azure OpenAI Services.


• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse and Power Platform extensibility.


• Experience integrating AI into CRM, ERP or employee experience solutions.


• Understanding of Responsible AI frameworks and governance models.


• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure AI or Copilot technologies.
