Job summary

Queensland Government is seeking a senior procurement lead to design and refine tools, templates and standards that enable consistent procurement delivery and customer service. The role shapes policy, procedures and governance to support business needs and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will oversee the Contractor Engagement team and drive alignment with Whole of Government and Queensland Health procurement frameworks.

Job description

What you'll doLead the design, development, and refinement of tools, templates, and practice standards that enable consistent procurement and contracting delivery and customer service.Research, develop, implement, and review organisational procurement policy, procedures, tools and standards to effectively support business procurement needs, identify and mitigate procurement risk, increase adoption of leading practices and meet all legislative and regulatory compliance requirements.
