Job summary

Yerrabi Yurwang Child & Family Aboriginal Corporation is recruiting for a Practice Manager to lead our AGPAL and QIC accredited Health Hub in Macquarie, Yerrabi Yurwang Health Hub. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive culturally appropriate and responsive wholistic primary health care and deliver clinical and non-clinical services that are meaningful and innovative.

As Practice Manager, you will be improving health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (TSI) people

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in general practice or clinical setting.
• Strong Medicare, MyHealth Record, PIP and accreditation knowledge.
• Experience with clinical governance and quality improvement.
• Experience with clinical management systems and patient engagement platforms (e.g., Best Practice).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical and non-clinical operations of the Health Hub, including bulk billing, staff training, coordination, scheduling, and resource management.
• Provide clinical leadership and management practices for quality care.
• Drive quality improvement and governance across services.
• Coordinate infection prevention and control practices.
• Maintain accreditation processes (AGPAL/QIC/QPA) and audits.
• Liaise with specialists, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legislation including the Fair Work Act and privacy laws.
