Sonic HealthPlus in Karratha, WA is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the clinic, guide a dedicated team, and drive sustainable growth in occupational health services.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will oversee clinical administration, finances, and IT systems while ensuring exceptional patient care and compliance across the national network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Practice Manager role in General Practice or Occupational Health preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Current CPR certificate and Police clearance required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; strong focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage administration and nursing staff.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our Karratha clinic on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong healthcare leader to take ownership of clinic operations, lead a passionate team, and drive business growth in a well-established practice.

THE ROLE

Working approximately 38 hours per week (with some flexibility), you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the clinic while supporting strategic growth, operational excellence, and exceptional patient care.

Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the clinic runs efficiently and continues to deliver outstanding healthcare services.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar Practice Manager role
• Previous experience within General Practice or Occupational Health (highly regarded)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• A strong commitment to customer service
• Good computer and administrative skills
• Experience using medical software (desirable but not essential)
• Current CPR Certificate
• Preferred candidates must provide a National Police Clearance conducted within the last 3 months.
