We’re seeking a motivated and organised Clinic Administration Officer to join our team at our Pannawonica Clinic on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy healthcare environment, delivering exceptional customer service and managing a variety of administrative responsibilities that support quality patient care and clinic operations.
Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic by coordinating appointments, supporting administrative processes and providing a welcoming experience for clients, patients and visitors.
Working closely with our clinical and administration teams, you will contribute to the delivery of efficient and high-quality occupational health and general medical services. Previous medical administration experience is highly regarded; however, training and support will be provided for the right candidate who is eager to learn and develop their skills.
