Job summary

Possability is seeking a Practice Leader (Team Leader – Disability) for its Northwest Operations Team in a Fixed Term role until July 2027. The role is full-time, based in Latrobe, with a rotating roster across days, evenings, overnights and weekends.

You will lead and develop a team of Support Professionals, delivering high-quality, person-centred support that improves lives. It’s a hands-on leadership position requiring checks (National Police, NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Vulnerable

We are currently looking for a Practice Leader (Team Leader – Disability) to join our Northwest Operations Team in a Fixed Term role until July 2027

• Full-time Fixed Term - 76 hours per fortnight
• Based in Latrobe
• Competitive hourly rate (Level 3)
• Salary packaging benefits – access over $15,000 tax-free
• Potential to have ongoing work in Support after Fixed Term concludes.

About the Role

As a Practice Leader, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping service excellence by guiding and developing a team of Support Professionals.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you will:

• Lead, coach, and mentor your team to deliver outstanding outcomes
• Model best-practice support and build team capability
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture
• Ensure services are aligned with our values, purpose, and strategic goals
