Qualifications

• Senior social work leadership experience and strategic thinking.
• Experience leading practice advancement or capability-building initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead initiatives that strengthen social work practice and professional development.
• Identify emerging practice and workforce issues and translate evidence into resources and guidance.
• Strengthen practice support services and networks to build capability across the profession.
• Build strategic relationships with members, First Nations social workers, academics, government and sector partners.
• Lead and support a high-performing team focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across the organisation to inform learning, advocacy, and priorities.
