Job summary

St Pius OSHC, Banyo is hiring a qualified Educator in a permanent part-time role to support before school, after school and vacation care for about 150 children.

Responsibilities include providing nurturing care, a safe environment, inclusive activities, and teamwork with colleagues across the service.

Job requirements include a Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (desirable), completion of National Child Training, a current Queensland Blue Card, and OSHC experience.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Childrens Services desirable but not essential.
• Current completion or willingness to complete mandatory National Child Training.
• A valid Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• Experience in OSHC or similar environment is desirable.

Job Requirements

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or other ACECQA-approved qualification) is desirable but not essential.
• Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
• A current QueenslandBlue Card(Working with Children Check)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A passion for working with children and contributing to their growth in a play-based setting
• Previous experience in OSHC or a similar environment (desirable)
