Job summary

DECJUBA Melbourne Central is looking for an AMAZING Third In Charge to elevate our store while staying close to the customer experience. You’ll support a high-energy floor and help the DREAMTEAM maintain service, styling and standards across every shift.

As 3IC you’ll back the Store Manager and ASM, coach by example, and lead by creating an inclusive, inspiring environment. This is a great next step for someone focused on leadership growth and hands-on customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Visually appealing merchandising and styling skills.
• Experience with a medium to large retail business.
• Willingness to participate in leadership and in-store training.
