Job summary

Mineral Resources Ltd is seeking experienced Mechanical Power Station Operator Maintainers for permanent full-time roles. Roles operate on a 15/13 day shift roster, with FIFO from Perth.

Competitive rates, site meals provided by MinRes chefs (where applicable), and clear opportunities for progression are offered. Key responsibilities include running gas reciprocating engines, monitoring SCADA systems, performing routine maintenance, supervising staff, and supporting on-call rosters.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to safety and ability to work autonomously in remote locations.
• Australian or Australian-recognised mechanical trade qualification.
• Current Australian Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain gas reciprocating engines and power generation equipment.
• Operate instrumentation and process control systems.
• Undertake routine inspections and maintenance on the power station ancillary equipment.
• Monitor power station operations via SCADA and other software-based systems.
• Participate in on-call activities when rostered on site.
• Conduct routine maintenance to site assets as required.
