Job summary

Peoplebank, partnering with a leading organisation, seeks a Power Platform Specialist for a 3–6 month contract in Melbourne. The role focuses on reviewing and stabilising an existing portfolio of Power Apps and Power Automate solutions developed through citizen development, rather than development work.

You will assess around 100 applications and workflows, identify opportunities for remediation or decommissioning, improve documentation, and provide governance recommendations to enhance

• Experience reviewing and remediating existing Power Platform environments.
• Ability to identify active and redundant applications and assess dependencies.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess existing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Identify active, redundant and business-critical applications.
• Document active applications and support requirements.
• Remediate high-priority solutions where required.
• Provide governance recommendations for long-term supportability.
• Support knowledge transfer to internal teams.
