Job summary

Avanade is seeking a Power Platform Developer (Team Lead / Consultant level) based in Auckland to deliver Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse solutions for enterprise clients in New Zealand.

You will work with a delivery team to design, develop, test and deploy solutions, using ALM, Azure DevOps, and agile ceremonies. The role emphasizes collaboration, quality delivery, and growth in consulting and technical skills.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience in Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 development.
• Capable Power Platform developer with hands-on experience and commitment to quality delivery.
• Enthusiasm for Microsoft technology and teamwork to grow consulting and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps in Power Apps.
• Build Power Automate flows to automate business processes and integrations.
• Configure Dataverse environments and security roles.
• Develop integrations between Power Platform and Dynamics 365, M365 and Azure services.
• Apply ALM practices using Azure DevOps and environment management.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support testing activities.
• Contribute to technical documentation and handover materials.
• Collaborate with consultants, architects and client teams.
