Job summary

Avanade is seeking a Power Platform Support Engineer to provide day-to-day support across Power Pages, Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate for client environments in Australia's managed services program.

You will translate issues into actionable fixes, develop simple Power Pages components and flows, contribute to release readiness, and create technical guidance for end users and support teams. Australian citizenship is required; security clearance is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform and live client environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field.
• Australian citizenship; security clearance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Power Platform support across client environments.
• Prepare and maintain technical design documentation, guides, test scripts and runbooks.
• Support release management, environment readiness and deployment validation.
• Develop and maintain Power Pages components, Power Automate flows and Dataverse configurations.
• Create knowledge articles and conduct workshops or briefings for clients and teams.
• Track incidents and suggest continuous improvements.
