McMillan Shakespeare Group in Melbourne is embarking on a multi‑year technology transformation to modernise core digital platforms. The role focuses on designing and building Power Platform and D365 solutions, integrating with Azure and APIs, and automating workflows to improve customer experiences and business performance.

You will work across DevOps, CI/CD, and secure, scalable architectures, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, resilient systems for millions of customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and D365
• Strong development skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, APIs, Azure
• Agile mindset with passion for innovation and problem solving
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages & Dataverse
• Customise and integrate D365 Sales & Service with Azure and external systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business needs into secure solutions
• Support production environments, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement
• Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and best-practice development standards

As part of this journey, you’ll join a team designing and delivering modern distributed systems; re‑engineering legacy workloads into contemporary cloud patterns; and solving complex integration challenges across secure, highly available enterprise platforms. You will design and build Power Platform and D365 solutions, integrate with Azure and APIs, automate workflows, and support applications through DevOps and continuous improvement.
