Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Project Manager for power and HV equipment delivery in Perth. You will lead projects from award through handover, driving schedule, cost, quality and safety while coordinating customers, suppliers and internal teams.

The role requires a degree in electrical engineering, experience in electrical infra projects, and strong contract and risk management capabilities. PMP is highly valued, with flexible work arrangements and a clear career growth path.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience delivering complex electrical infra, substation or transformer projects.
• Strong project controls, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing contracts and variations in project environments.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of power transformers, testing or commissioning is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from planning through to completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources and risk.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders across engineering, procurement and delivery teams.
• Monitor project performance and provide updates to key stakeholders.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure outcomes.
• Support contract administration, change management and commercial performance.
