Job summary

WSP looks for an experienced Project Manager to support major power infrastructure projects across Australia. You’ll be based in Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane or Adelaide and manage multidisciplinary teams across transmission, distribution, substations and renewables.

The role offers a mix of office, site and hybrid working, with opportunities to lead projects through the full lifecycle in a collaborative national team.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or related field.
• Approximately 4+ years’ experience in engineering, infrastructure or project delivery.
• Demonstrated project management experience in power, energy or major infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering transmission, distribution, substations, renewables and power generation projects.
• Manage projects across the full lifecycle from proposals to delivery and close-out.
• Develop and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, forecasts and resourcing plans.
• Monitor project financial performance, including costs, margins, invoicing, cash flow and forecasting.
• Coordinate engineering, design, project controls, procurement and other disciplines to support delivery.
