Job summary

Based in Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane or Adelaide, you will lead multidisciplinary teams through transmission, distribution and substation projects, renewables and generation initiatives, guiding them from planning through delivery and close-out. Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management or related technical discipline.
• Experience in project management within power, energy, utilities or major infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle from planning to close-out.
• Experience delivering transmission, distribution, substations or complex electrical projects is highly regarded.
• Ability to manage budgets, programmes, forecasts and project controls.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering transmission, distribution, substations, renewables and power generation projects.
• Manage projects across full lifecycle including proposals, initiation, design, delivery and close-out.
• Develop and manage scope, budgets, schedules, forecasts and resourcing plans.
• Monitor financial performance: costs, margins, invoicing, cash flow and forecasting.
• Coordinate engineering, design, procurement and other disciplines to ensure delivery.
• Establish governance, reporting, quality and safety requirements and manage client relationships.
