Job summary

Osborne Richardson invites applications for a Product Reporting Analyst role in Queensland. The role focuses on providing analytical, reporting and BI services to support governance and informed decision-making across product portfolios.

You will transform data from JIRA, financial systems and other sources into dashboards and management information for executives. You will work with Product Leads, Project Coordinators, Finance and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and relevant reporting,

Qualifications

• Experience creating Power BI dashboards and visualisations.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Extract, analyse and interpret project and portfolio data from JIRA, Confluence and associated systems.
• Develop reporting measures that provide visibility of project progress, workload, capacity, throughput, productivity, delivery performance and overall portfolio health.
• Monitor and report on project risks, issues, dependencies, milestones and project outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement of JIRA reporting practices, data integrity and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Product Leads, Project Coordinators and stakeholders to promote consistent project reporting practices and data quality.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that provide meaningful insights to operational and Executive stakeholders.
• Translate complex project, financial and risk-related information into clear, accessible and actionable visual reporting.
• Develop portfolio and project dashboards that improve visibility of performance, progress, resource utilisation and risk.
• Prepare reports, briefings and portfolio updates for governance, leadership and Executive stakeholders.
• Support ongoing enhancement of reporting capability, business intelligence tools and data visualisation practices.
