Job summary

E4 People is seeking a Power BI & Power Automate Specialist for a contract project in Sydney. You will turn operational data into scalable reporting and automation, working with the internal team to understand processes and design solutions.

This is not just dashboard building; you will recommend smarter approaches and deliver end-to-end automation. Based in Sydney CBD, the role focuses on early projects including dashboards, data models, and automated workflows, with the option for ongoing work

Qualifications

Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate and Power Query.
Proven ability to translate business needs into automated data solutions.
Experience designing dashboards for operational and executive audiences.
Familiarity with APIs, integrations and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Commercial thinking and ability to challenge stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Designing and building Power BI dashboards across operational, financial and workforce performance.
Developing data models and measures to turn data into insights.
Building Power Automate workflows to reduce manual administration.
Connecting and transforming data from multiple systems.
Automating reporting and information flows across the business.
Reviewing processes and identifying further automation opportunities.
Establishing scalable Power Platform approaches as usage grows.
