Job summary

Worthwhile Recruitment is seeking an experienced Powder Coating Manager to join our client’s Penrith operation. This hands-on role drives productivity, quality, and safety on the powder coating floor.

You will lead by example, mentor a small team, and collaborate with production to meet targets and deadlines. The position offers a permanent, full-time role with a 4-day work week, 6:30 am to 4:30 pm, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on powder coating experience.
• Strong leadership on the floor.
• Experience in metal fabrication.
• Proven ability to meet production targets.
• Willing to work hands-on as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily powder coating operations and workflow.
• Lead, support, and mentor team members on the floor.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
• Apply strong technical knowledge in powder coating and metal fabrication.
• Assist with continuous improvement of processes and efficiency.
