Job summary

McLean Farms is seeking aCleaning Crew Supervisor to lead a hands-on team across multiple poultry sites, focusing on cleaning, turnaround and shed preparation. The role requires coordinating schedules, ensuring biosecurity and hygiene, and maintaining equipment and resources.

You will train and support Leading Hands and seasonal staff, manage safety, and contribute to continuous improvement within our Poultry Services operation. Weekend work and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience within poultry, agriculture, farming or a similar operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Cleaning Crew teams across multiple poultry sites.
• Plan and coordinate shed cleanouts and turnaround activities to meet production schedules.
• Ensure all cleaning activities meet strict hygiene, biosecurity and quality standards.
• Train, mentor and support Leading Hands, team members and seasonal staff.
