You will provide operational leadership, translate strategic priorities into effective processes, coordinate program operations, and drive improvements in efficiency, consistency and student experience across the Business Unit.

Qualifications

• Essential tertiary qualification in education, business, management or related field.
• Experience in operational and people management within education.
• Experience delivering and administering higher education programs.

Responsibilities

• Academic management: ensure teaching quality and student outcomes.
• Lecturer management: recruit and develop adjunct lecturers.
• Course and curriculum management: review and maintain subjects.
• Staff management: lead the academic team and coordinate events.
• Engage stakeholders and represent the program at external forums.
