University of Sydney is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate to contribute to our research agenda with high-quality scholarly activity and independent and collaborative projects under senior guidance. The role involves mentoring students, engaging with partners, and supporting the University’s priorities while maintaining research excellence and professional conduct.

The appointment is full time, fixed term until December 2027, with base salary and 17% superannuation.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with researchers, students and stakeholders.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to deliver presentations effectively and communicate research findings to relevant audiences.
• Strong computer literacy skills and ability to utilise research-related technologies.
• Developing networks with academic, industry and professional partners and stakeholders.
