Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD (or near completion) in physics or applied mathematics.
• Strong computational skills and programming (Python, C/C++) for large-scale data.
• Experience with astrophysical datasets and data analysis.
• Proven publication record in refereed journals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Professor Wheatland on all project aspects.
• Perform data analysis on solar data and develop modelling methods.
• Collaborate with university and international researchers; supervise students.
• Travel domestically and internationally to meet project goals.
• Publish results in high-impact journals.
• Present results at local and international meetings.
