Melba Support Services in Victoria is seeking a qualified Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver evidence-based services for people with disability. As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you'll play a critical role in supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives of their choosing. Working within Melba's trauma-informed and human rights-based practice framework, you'll deliver evidence-based positive behaviour support services that focus on improving quality of life, strengthening skills and supports, and reducing and eliminating restrictive practices over time. You'll manage a clinical caseload, work collaboratively with people we support, families, support teams and external stakeholders, and provide coaching and guidance to help embed positive behaviour support practices across the organisation.
