Job summary

Ampol is looking for a Project Scheduler & Controls Specialist to support a large EV infrastructure portfolio in Australia. This permanent, full-time role can be based in Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne. You will ensure data integrity and visibility across numerous projects, partnering closely with Deployment Managers to maintain accurate project data.

The ideal candidate has experience in project support, strong attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multi-project environments. Benefits include competitive remuneration, hybrid work options, and various employee support initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in project or program support within infrastructure, construction, or digital environments.
• Confident working with waterfall-style project management approaches.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies, risks, and gaps in project data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project records, timelines, and reporting consistency across the portfolio.
• Review and validate monthly reporting cycles to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Identify risks, delays, dependencies, and bottlenecks across projects.

Skills
