Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced Portfolio Project Controls Manager to lead cost, schedule, risk and performance management across a major, long-term resources portfolio based in Adelaide.

You will drive governance, deliver executive reporting and KPI insights, and partner with project managers and senior stakeholders. The role leads a high-performing Project Controls team and champions continuous improvement and digital controls.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ Project Controls experience within major resources, mining or EPC/EPCM environments.
• Strong portfolio or multi-project leadership experience.
• Expertise across cost, planning, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Experience with Primavera P6, EcoSys and Power BI highly regarded.
• Strong commercial acumen and senior stakeholder skills.
• Adelaide-based | Major resources portfolio
