Job summary

A leading energy company is seeking a Strategy & Planning Manager to support growth in the energy retail sector. This role requires 7+ years of experience in energy trading, strong analytical and modeling skills in business and market risks, and proficiency in SQL. You will analyze market trends, manage project costs, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including Korean HQ. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills and be detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in energy trading or equivalent with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Middle Office capability to identify and model business risks.
• Experience with BI/analytics tools for management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze Energy Retail market trends and report to stakeholders.
• Manage project-level costs, schedules, and milestones.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to HQ and escalate key issues.
