As part of this strategy, they are creating a more targeted, account-led approach to marketing; getting closer to customers, understanding what genuinely drives their decisions and translating those insights into meaningful commercial activity.
This isn't broad-based marketing. It's marketing built around the customer.
As the Portfolio Manager, you'll get inside some of the organisation's most important hospital healthcare accounts and understand what really makes them tick.
What are their challenges? Where are the unmet needs? Who influences decisions? What matters to individual stakeholders? And where are the opportunities to deepen the relationship and grow share of wallet?
You'll take those insights and build tailored, customer focused marketing plans, messaging and initiatives that address the priorities of individual hospital account rather than taking a ‘one-size-fits-all’, traditional Product Management approach.
You will devise & deploy impactful campaigns & initiatives that enhance stakeholder relationships, support clinical adoption and drive market share growth.
Just as importantly, you'll become a strong voice of the customer internally; bringing customer intelligence back into the business and helping influence commercial priorities, demand planning and account strategies.
