Job summary

SimCorp is seeking a Solutions Engineer (Portfolio Management) to join the APAC team in Sydney, NSW, AU. You will coordinate demos, respond to RFPs, and partner with Sales to configure and deliver solutions across APAC, focusing on portfolio management workflows and multi-asset investment processes.

You will work with internal teams to map client needs, prepare tailored proposals, and present product demonstrations to prospects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant FinTech experience including implementations or presales
• Strong portfolio management understanding and financial market knowledge
• Foundational technical knowledge of APIs and data workflows
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for client demos

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain internal demonstration environment for client demos
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and prepare tailored solution proposals
• Collaborate with Sales to own functional components across APAC opportunities
• Deliver impactful product and functional presentations to prospects
• Participate in discovery sessions to map client pain points to solutions
• Coordinate with Product, Professional Services, and SMEs to align designs
• Contribute to PoCs and scripts for demos
• Keep up-to-date with market developments and link to platform workflows
• Travel light to support sales activities
