Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a highly skilled Transaction Manager to lead end-to-end leasing and manage relationships for a national portfolio. The role focuses on negotiating leases, driving cost reductions, and delivering strong financial outcomes.

It is based on-site with flexible hybrid arrangements across major Australian markets. You will drive 45–55 transactions annually, leverage technology for reporting, and collaborate with landlords, legal providers, and internal teams

Qualifications

• Proven client-facing tenant representation or transaction management experience.
• Strong negotiation with proven commercial outcomes.
• Excellent market analysis and lease valuation skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across landlords, legal providers and clients.
• Strong project management with multiple transactions.
• Proficiency with technology platforms to drive transaction efficiency.
• Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end leasing transactions for the client portfolio.
• Manage key relationships across the portfolio and with landlords.
• Oversee BAU renewals and renegotiations to secure tenure.
• Deliver optimum leasing results meeting financial/qualitative targets.
• Process 45–55 transactions per year with focus on WALE and cost reduction.
• Prepare business cases with market evidence and advise on lease structures.
• Champion TM Essentials and other platforms to improve reporting and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and hit contractual KPIs.
