POP MART is expanding its retail presence in Melbourne's Highpoint, seeking a part-time Sales Associate who loves pop culture and customer service. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and help drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a dynamic, creative store atmosphere, weekly releases, and opportunities to grow with a global brand. You’ll contribute to stock replenishment, merchandising, and delivering memorable shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Candidate with a customer-focused mindset and excellent communication.
• Experience in fast-paced retail environments is preferred.
• Availability to work 3–4 days per week, including at least one weekend day and one late night.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, energetic service and product knowledge.
• Maintain store standards, stock, and visual merchandising.
• Process transactions accurately and support store launches during peak periods.
