You will deliver great customer experiences, share product knowledge, support stock and merchandising, and help drive store performance during busy periods and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Great Customer Experiences.

• Share product knowledge and introduce new collections.
• Support sales through upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain Store Standards and keep visuals up to date.
• Replenish stock and maintain merchandising standards.
• Support deliveries, stock counts and inventory accuracy.
• Keep the store clean, organised and customer‑ready.
• Process transactions accurately through POS systems.
• Follow store procedures and loss prevention standards.
• Support product launches and peak trading periods.
