Job summary

Eco Blue Australia Pty in Sydney’s inner area is seeking a pool service team member. The role mixes physical and technical work, with indoor pools and a lower North Shore factory base. You will be trained to our high standards and may progress to management in the future.

You’ll work mostly independently, with a company ute and focus on safety and client satisfaction. There is a monthly bonus on equipment you replace, reflecting the performance of the team and maintenance quality.

Job description

We are a well established Pool service Company servicing pools in apartment complexes across inner Sydney. We now require a new team member. The right person might have a pools or trades background , however this is not essential as we would train you to our high standards.

You will present well and be able to communicate clearly as our clients have high expectations. The role is a mixture of physical and technical and most of our pools are indoors. Working from our lower North Shore factory you would be provided with a Manual ute, largely working independently.

There is opportunity for the right fit to move into a management role in the future. Your salary is enhanced by monthly bonus on equipment you replace.

Safety of people who use our pools is paramount .
