Job summary

Poolwerx is seeking friendly Retail Assistants to join our Melbourne stores. You will deliver excellent customer service, provide water testing advice and recommend chemical and equipment solutions, and help with stock control and merchandising.

The role includes opening the store and handling cash, with up to 6 shifts per week including Saturdays in peak seasons. Previous retail experience is preferred, but our training program will equip you with the skills needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn water testing and advise on chemical/equipment solutions.
• Ability to manage stock and assist with merchandising.
• Comfort with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
